Third semester courses
In the third semester, more specialised courses are proposed. The programme of this semester is based
on the specific research strengths of the partners' institutions (thus varying from partner to partner).
ECN
In ECN the third semester modules are designed to give the students the necessary knowledge to carry
out the master thesis in one or more of the following topics:
- Humanoid robots,
- Mechanical design of new robotic structures,
- Industrial robots (calibration, identification, control, programming, performances analysis),
- Biologically inspired robots, with emphasis on swimming robots (eel like robots).
The student will select seven modules from the following (30 ECTS):

WUT
In WUT the third semester modules are designed to give the students the necessary knowledge
to carry out the master thesis in one or more of the following topics:
- Walking machines,
- Biologically inspired robot behaviours,
- Cooperation of multi-robot systems including swarms,
- Robot programming methods,
- Motion synthesis for statically and dynamically stable robots.
The student will select six modules from the following (30 ECTS):
