1. Will the on-line application system send automatically a message for the referees requesting the recommendation letter?

No, you have to give the referees by yourself the reference form that you can download from emaro’s website. You will find on this form all the necessary information. (Download Reference Form) .

2. How to check if the referees sent my reference letters?

If you have validated (submitted) your on-line application you can check it by consulting your emaro’s on-line application count. We will indicate on your account the state of the recommendation letters (the same thing is done for the postal documents). Besides, a mail will be sent to you after receiving each recommendation letter.

3. Will you please remind my referee to finish my reference letter?

We do not send reminders to referees. It is up to you to remind them to send the letters. They can deliver you the letters in a sealed envelope to attach them with your postal documents.

4. My referee made a mistake in the letter, can he send you a new letter?

If there is an error in the letter, then give the referee a new referee form. Then, he can simply send a second document with an explanation of the issue.
